Made Possible.*IMPORTANT* We are a non-smoking/tobacco campus.PRINTING PRESS OPERATOR-WagesStart at $25.00/hr with the opportunity to go up to $31.50EXTRA $1.25/hour for NIGHT SHIFT$1500 RETENTION BONUS BEING OFFEREDOpportunity to grow and advance! * Leads the press crew in the performance of equipment operations, adjustments, tests and ,conversions on all equipment associated with converting operations * Participates in maintaining department integrity to ensure quality, efficiency, area cleanliness, safety, and SQF standards are maintained * Focuses on setting up the die-cutting station while the other crew members set up the printer * Verifies and communicates both product standards and work standards to execute production * Have the ability to move to and operate other presses * Must cover absences and vacations as scheduled * Makes sure the other crew members are working on tasks when the press is down * Participates in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work centers performance * Is ultimately responsible for the quality and efficiency of the press on this shift * Performs other organizational duties as required by leadershipSalary Min: Salary Mid:Salary Max:Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
