Curriculum Development: Develop creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and promote all-around development. Hands-On Learning: Design and facilitate hands-on activities that foster cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth in young learners. Child Development Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on each child's progress, assessing their development and identifying areas for support and enrichment. Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and developmental milestones. Classroom Management: Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized learning environment that inspires curiosity and promotes a positive atmosphere. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all children. Requirements What We're Looking For Education: A bachelor's degree in early childhood education, or a related field, is required. Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience working with preschool children is essential. Knowledge of Child Development: Possess a deep understanding of how young children grow and learn, including their cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative development. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with children and their parents. Teamwork and Collaboration: Thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, with a commitment to teamwork and shared goals.
