Our Preschool Gymnastics program focuses on helping build a solid foundation for the physical, social, and cognitive development skills of all children. In order to prepare the athletes in our program to grow into great gymnasts, we incorporate fun exercises with lots of exciting and interactive activities to mold amazing athletes out of the individuals who walk through our door every day.Qualified candidates must have experience in working with children ages 2 to 6. Minimum availability of two days per week required.Coaching responsibilities include but are not limited to: Follow the designated rotation schedule and curricula Complete all administrative duties asked of you such as verifying attendance, completing safety checks, following lesson plans and updating progress reports of your students Come to work ready to make a positive impact on your students and co-workers Understand the importance of your Student Retention rate Stay engaged in each class, always focusing on your students Help set, maintain, and enforce standard attire policies for the program(s) Desired Skills & Characteristics: Patient and passionate about working with children in youth sports Has a friendly, upbeat, & enthusiastic attitude and approachable personality Hardworking and willing to increase their knowledge about the program(s) and learn different techniques in coaching Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Salary Range: $16.00 to $22.50 per hourBenefits: Discounts on tuition & events for immediate family members Employee discount on Pacific Edge Pro Shop merchandise 2 free uniform apparel items upon hire and an additional free apparel item upon completion of a 90-day training probationary period iClass credits awarded annually for use towards our snack bar, Pro Shop merchandise, and services Crunch Fitness membership discount Access to supplemental insurance as well as a 401k plan (upon eligibility; restrictions apply) Full time employees are eligible for Medical/Dental/Vision Powered by JazzHR
