PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAM COORDINATOR Location: 2301 Ashton Boulevard, Lehi, UT 84043 Status: Full - Time / Exempt Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Pay / Salary: $82,000+depending on experience BENEFITS: The workplace culture and opportunities here at MTECH are benefits in and of themselves, but here's what you can expect from MTECH's generous and literal benefit package: 401k Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance Paid holiday, personal, sick, and vacation time Tuition benefits: At Mountainland Technical College, we encourage educational development for our staff and faculty. We also offer partial tuition discounts for other accredited institutions. RESPONSIBILITIES With a better idea of what you'd get from employment with us, y ou probably want to know what you'd be doing, and what we expect. Your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to: Overseeing the program Instructing courses depending on program needs Supervising employee(s), approving time cards, conducting performance evaluations Curriculum development and updates Ensuring accreditation and CPL requirements are met Representing the program with other technical colleges, employers, and outside events Holding regular department meetings Making monthly visits to other campuses as instructed by the Director QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Masters Degree in Nursing is required Current industry licensure, certification and education is required Minimum 3 years related work experience Education and leadership experience required Last, but not least, we appreciate and support our current staff and are equally excited about our new hires.
