Powerhouse Technician -Ammonia & Refrigeration

Shift: This role is 3rd Shift, 10:30 PM-8:00 AMHourly Rate: $27.86 an hour Must have Introduction to Refrigeration and Ammonia Certification. Must have (2-3) yrs. experience with Ammonia / Refrigeration systems / operations / industrial maintenance or the combination of education, training and experience to successfully complete the job tasks. Must have skills at levels recognized by management as essential to the maintenance organization generally supported by training, certificate of continuing education. Must have valid State Drivers' License, a reliable vehicle, a working phone and 24 / 7 availability for call-ins. Must have fluent computer skills able to use MS Office and the ability to learn SAP and the ability to perform basic math calculations. Must have good organizational and time management skills, be able to follow instructions and able to perform all job functions safely. Must complete company Forklift, LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Chemical Training as required. Must be able to work independently / effectively or as part of a team, must maintain the physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position and able to stand-walk for extended periods. Must have the ability to effectively communicate (verbal / written / digitally) with co-workers, management and other employees. Must have ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.
