This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You will be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met. Project Manager - Berrien Springs (Full-Time) SUMMARY: Responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of smaller, less complex projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals. Provides support to Project Team members while they lead mid to highly complex organizational wide projects, ensuring success for internal stakeholders. Works with People Leaders, Leadership Team, and outside vendors to ensure proper planning for project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Innovates and uses best practices and company procedures to ensure timely completion of project(s) in order to maximize return on investment. Ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. Expectation to sit for the PMP exam within 18 months of employment or until enough project hours are attained to sit for the exam. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of developing and leading change management strategies. Thorough understanding of project management methodologies, techniques and tools. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One to three years of similar or related experience and qualifying project hours to sit for the PMP exam. Experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies. Preferred experience working with Smartsheet Project Platform. SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must have demonstrated ability to keep finances in order. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork and innovation. Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across functional areas. Ease of communication methodology and delivery across all levels of an organization. Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt and change to competing demands. Financial institution system awareness. Must be a highly detailed. Apply for this Position
