Responsibilities:• Listen attentively to inquiries and feedback, maintaining professionalism and composure.• Ensure prompt and professional responses to phone calls and correspondence.• Stay informed on state regulatory agency statutes and community policies for each client.• Review Association financial reports and contribute to Annual Budget development.• Oversee property improvement and construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.• Provide supervision for front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, where applicable.• Cultivate positive relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors.• Conduct thorough preparation for Board meetings and generate management reports in advance. Qualifications:• Preferred CMCA designation.• Display effective oral and written communication and listening abilities.• Showcase resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills.• Proficiently navigate computer programs like Word, Outlook, Excel, and databases.• Demonstrate organizational prowess and the capability to prioritize tasks independently.• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.• Show meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.• Possess strong customer service skills and responsiveness.• Willingness to attend occasional evening meetings.• Exhibit professionalism consistently.• Maintain reliable transportation.• 4-year degree or college background preferred.
