What does a Pool Maintenance Worker - Seasonal do? As a new Pool Maintenance Worker, you'll start each day by checking water levels and adding chemicals as needed to maintain a perfect balance. You'll then skim the pool surface, clean filters, and ensure all pool equipment is in top-notch condition for our guests. Throughout the day, you'll keep a close eye on the pool area, ensuring safety rules are followed, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help keep our pools pristine and inviting for everyone to enjoy. Get ready to dive into a fulfilling role where every splash counts! Being responsive to supervisor or guest requests is a must, showing your ability to adapt and prioritize tasks efficiently.With a keen eye for detail and a customer-centric mindset, you'll make a splash in this role!Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Regular testing and maintaining pool water chemistry to health code standards Daily cleaning duties - including vacuuming, brushing pools; cleaning/scrubbing pool deck Cleaning in and around pool buildings including locker rooms; emptying trash; moving/restocking supplies Demonstrate customer service skills when assisting guests as needed.
