It's a great time to work in Pflugerville! The City of Pflugerville is offering Pool Cashiers a one-time Longevity Bonus of up to $500, payable at the end of the season! We also have a referral program. We are seeking our next Pool Cashier to join our team! The person we seek will believe in and exhibit the City's P.F.I.R.S.T. core values: P ositive, F orward-thinking, I ntegrity, R esilience, S ervice, and T eamwork. As a Pool Cashier for the City, you will be able to provide customer service, sell concessions, clean work areas, and perform a variety of administrative tasks relating to the pools . Essential duties and responsibilities include: Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, or automatic debits. Issue receipts, refunds, rainchecks, or change due to customers. Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints. Identify prices of goods, services, or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators or cash registers. Inform customers of policies and procedures. If you are the right person for this opportunity, you will have previous experience handling cash and have basic math skills regarding money.
