What you will be doing: Staff the Aquatic Center front desk. Collect money for daily admission for the pools and verifies resident/non-resident passes. Prepare reports and deposits at the end of each shift. Provide information to the public related to pool and Kirkwood Parks and Recreation. Maintain cleanliness of front desk and surrounding areas Answer phones and provides information to users of the pools. Our Ideal Candidate: Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Have excellent customer service and oral communication skills. Previous experience with computers. Must be a minimum of 16 years old. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work is primarily done in an outdoor pool setting. Primarily scheduled Monday-Sunday 8:30 a.m. 8:00 p.m. The Aquatic Center is open to the public Monday-Friday 12:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Must be able to work a minimum of 5 days week including Holidays and weekends. Expected to work approximately 20-25 hours per week; varying work schedule that includes holidays and weekends.
