A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER As our new Plumbing Service Manager, you diligently oversee the daily operations at our worksites, including supervising our crew of skilled plumbers. Organized and efficient, you develop schedules and ensure that all work is completed both on time and within budget. In this role, you maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction as you proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. An excellent communicator, you jump on service calls with clients, listening closely to their needs. You also expertly maintain, repair, and install top-quality plumbing systems alongside your team. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER 5+ years of management experience, including experience as an industry service manager Knowledge of industry codes and standards for both Oregon and Washington Excellent technological skills, including knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft Office, iPhones, iPads, and Androids Willingness to attain a CCB/Oregon RMI (Responsible Managing Individual) license and be named the Washington contractor license holder for our company Ability to type 40+ words per minute and lift up to 40 lbs Knowledge of the flat-rate pricing system would be a plus!
