QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING EXCAVATION LEADER Experience operating heavy machines Residential plumbing knowledge Knowledge about underground residential and light commercial water and gas plumbing systems Valid driver's license and a clean driving record It's not required, but septic knowledge would be a plus! This is a dynamic position that requires performing tasks such as replacing concrete, maintaining equipment, and occasionally clearing snow using an ATV and a skid steer. If you're up for the challenge, keep reading to learn more! WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE As our Plumbing Excavation Leader, you ensure that every excavating construction project goes off without a hitch. Providing excellent leadership to your team, you instruct them on each day's job and prepare all the necessary parts and tools. You then lead your team in completing the work, ensuring that everyone closely follows all safety standards. After finishing the job, you call for an inspection to make sure everything looks good. You then consult with our project manager to prepare for the next day's work. You take pride in keeping your team safe and enjoy watching your excavating projects come together!
