YOUR ROLE AS A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE This part-time position typically works from 2 pm - 6 pm, Monday - Friday . As needed, you work the 7 am - 3 pm shift to fill in for employees when they're sick or on vacation. In this part-time role, you are responsible for answering calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. You help customers with their plumbing-related questions and concerns, booking appointments as needed for our skilled technicians to provide the necessary services. Your ability to listen and understand customer needs, while displaying empathy and patience, is critical to our success. You love helping our customers get the services they need! WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE To excel in this part-time position, you need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
