What we do matters - together, we're reimagining the future of water.Watts is looking for a strategic, results and people first oriented Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our Franklin NH facility. You will successfully manage large-scale manufacturing facilities, implement lean methodologies, familiarize yourself with foundry operations, and drive operational excellence. You will be onsite full-time in Franklin, NH, and report to the Vice President, Valves and Drains Operations.You Will: * Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the success of both manufacturing and foundry operations. * Oversee daily activities, production schedules, and quality control processes. * Drive initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve resource utilization. * Champion and implement lean manufacturing principles throughout the facility. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Lead and support cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process enhancements. * Build and lead a high-performing team of supervisors, engineers, and operators. * Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster professional development. * Promote a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. * Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to meet financial targets. * Keen focus on driving improved productivity and managing earned hours. * Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain and improve product quality standards. * Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to meet or exceed customer expectations.You Have: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field or equivalent industry experience. * 5 + experience as a Plant Manager in a large-scale manufacturing facility. * Background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. * Expertise in implementing change initiatives. * Team-building skills.What's In It For You:* People-First Culture - Enriching and caring for people is at the core of who we are; this includes our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, and providing our employees with meaningful career growth opportunities, a positive and safe work environment, and affirmation that they are heard, valued, and respected.* 401K Plan* Flexible PTO & Generous Paid Holidays* Educational Assistance* Variety of Medical plan options - choose the one that is right for you!* Sustainability - One of Newsweek's Top 400 of "America's Most Responsible Companies" for sustainability performance, three years running.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear.
