Multibillion-dollar food processing corporation with locations on a global scope is looking for a PLANT MANAGER. The company is investing $133 million towards the modernization and expansion of its manufacturing facilities. Fresno, California area Total package up to $200k with exceptional benefits Due to a promotion we are recruiting for a Plant Manager role who will have Maintenance, Quality, Distribution, Environmental as direct reports along with a dotted line to HR and Accounting. All our managers are seasoned managers who have grown within our company. They understand the process just need help on continued leadership development and holding them accountable. We are looking for a hands-on leader who likes being on the floor engaging with managers and employees. Safety is the most important thing in manufacturing, and would like to make sure they have knowledge in different OSHA programs as it related to safety. Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree or a minimum of 7-years of experience in an advanced plant operations leadership role, preferably in dairy food manufacturing. Must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of regulatory laws, standards and best practices relative to our business. Strong financial and business acumen; demonstrated understanding of costs related to dairy manufacturing and packaging. Demonstrated knowledge of the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) and federal milk order by region. Must be able to train and supervise staff, formulate policy, and direct activities.
