Position Overview You thrive in fast-paced environments, using your excellent organization skills and adaptive approach to always stay two steps ahead. Your superb communications skills and knack for coordination ensure everyone stays on the same page. You've got the exact skill set we need as our Planning Scheduler for Natural Gas Transmission. Joining our Low Carbon Transportation and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) department, you'll manually schedule and forecast the right resources and assets while effectively collaborating with our customers and suppliers. You'll also look into optimizing schedules and established procedures. You can pivot at a moment's notice with ease and seamlessly adjust last-minute requests that meet our customers' needs. No detail gets past you and your sharp analytical eye, and you pride yourself on maintaining accuracy no matter the pace. In this role, you will: Analyze, create, review and monitor customer delivery schedules, including identifying gaps and impacts. Provide concise and detailed written and verbal communications with internal and external stakeholders. Support department activities, including understanding and executing the required team tasks and timelines and monitoring related activities.
