An acute care inpatient/outpatient hospital is seeking a General Surgeon for locum tenens coverage.Grand Island, Nebraska, offers a variety of family-friendly activities. The Stuhr Museum of the Prairie Pioneer provides an immersive experience into the pioneer days. For outdoor enthusiasts, explore the Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center, where you can witness the incredible sandhill crane migration.Duties include basic general surgery procedures. Clinician must be comfortable with trauma. The facility has 159 beds and is level 3 trauma center. The EMR is EPIC. Dates Needed: June - September 2024 Case Load/PPD: meduim load Shift Type: 24-Hour Call Assignment Type: Inpatient; OR; ER Assignment Duration: Locums Call Required: Yes Board Certification Required: Negotiable Prescriptive Authority Required: Yes Support Staff: available Government: No Reference ID: ORD-168793-MD-NE
