JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Senior Manager – Physician Services, the Physician Relationship Coordinator is responsible for managing physician relationships in Ontario including: supporting physician recruitment, owning the physician onboarding process, maintaining relationships through follow up, and being the point of contact for physician concerns. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Physician Relationship Management: Serve as a liaison / point of contact for Ontario physicians at Medicentres Build relationships with individual physicians through 1: on:1 meetings, participation / attendance at organizational events, and regular virtual contact (as required) Maintain regular follow-ups with physicians to address concerns as they arise. Ensure complaints are addressed, liaising with internal teams (operations, finance, IT, etc. ) as required Intervene directly with any physicians who are considering leaving Medicentres to understand the root of their concerns and how they can be persuaded to continue practicing with the organization.
