Looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join our well established, hospital employed Heart & Vascular practice. New outpatient clinic located on the main campus of the hospital Office Hours/Work Schedule - 8a to 5p. Monday thru Thursday. Friday 8a to 12 noon. Join 7 Physicians (Interventional, Non-Invasive, CT Surgery, Vascular Surgery), 5 Advanced Practitioners, 10 Clinical Staff, 9 Clerical Staff, 1 EKG Tech Call Schedule/CERP - 1:3 weekend rotation, 1 night/week rotation, STEMI call shared with 2 other interventional cardiologists. Eligible to earn additional compensation by joining our CERP (Pay for Call) Program Case Load - Office week 60/day; Inpatient rounding week 30-40/day; Cath lab week 12-14/day Equipment: Phillips ECHO Systems Phillips XPER Hemodynamics Cath Lab Phillips Intellispace Cardiovascular EECP Bed EHR Meditech Expance Benefits Not Limited To: Highly competitive base salary with wRVU production contract, w/ sign on bonus Vacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days when producing 75%tile wRVUs CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000 Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $19,500 year before taxes under age 50 and $26,000 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay. Moving Expense Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $1,000,000, per claim/$3,000,000, aggregate Health Insurance: physician pays small premium, deducted from paycheck CERP (Pay for Call) Program: Explained by VP of Finance Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 30% of salary Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment) Employer Highlights: Regional healthcare leader is a 248 bed medical center located in the beautiful southern Ohio valley. Construction was recently completed on a $100 million dollar expansion to include nine new general and orthopedic suites, a dedicated vascular interventional suite and two cardiothoracic suites for open heart.
