Our healthcare professionals are there when patients need us, providing the care they need in the place they want to be - home.What Can Traditions Health Offer? * Competitive Pay + Benefits * Referral Bonus Program * Better Work/Life Balance * High Quality Patient Care 1:1 * Flexible Schedule * Career Growth OpportunitiesJob Qualifications: * Education: Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy. * Licensure: Current Texas State License as a Physical Therapist, current Texas Driver's License * Experience: Two years' experience as an Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting. * Knowledge and Skills: Therapy skills as set forth in the Therapy Practice Act and other regulatory agencies; Good interpersonal skills; Proof of Hepatitis profile * Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance.Essential Functions: * Performs services planned, delegated and supervised by the PT. * Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills to participate in teaching the patient and family. * Completes appropriate documentation in a timely manner. * Applies concepts of infection control and standard precautions in coordinating/performing patient care activities to prevent contamination and transmission of disease. * Accepts clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients. * Meets mandatory continuing education requirements; participates in in-service programs * Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency.Benefits and More: (Fulltime)Traditions Health is highly invested in not only your overall health, but also your future.
