Staff Physical Therapist (licensed in state of Florida) to perform initial evaluations and follow up treatments with various patient population in outpatient setting. All patients scheduled in one on one format for full hour. You only treat one patient/hour. Complete accurate treatment documentation in timely manner Must be able to communicate well with patients, clinical and non-clinical staff Participate in non-patient care duties of cleaning, laundry, etc New or recent graduates welcome Sign on bonus available Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Continuing education credits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Healthcare setting: Outpatient Medical specialties: Geriatrics Neurology Orthopedics Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Ormond Beach, FL 32174: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) License/Certification: CPR Certification (Preferred) PT License (Required) Work Location: In person Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
