Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing company! Physical Therapists of all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. We are seeking motivated, team-oriented clinicians to provide exceptional patient-centric experiences in our outpatient clinic in Palm Desert, CA. The candidate would utilize evidence-based orthopedic practice, exhibit a passion for individualized care and possess strong interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, as well as monthly and quarterly performance bonuses. Comprehensive Benefits Include: Starting salary at $85,000 up to $105,000 plus monthly bonus incentive to commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines Requirements/Qualifications: California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong clinical decision-making skills Works as a collaborative team member with other staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care Interested applicants should send their resume to our Talent Acquisition Team at XXXX@spineandsport.com .
