Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide Physical Therapy services to patients including evaluation, assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation-related documentation in accordance with policies and procedures and accepted standards. HOURS: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period, will be included in the on-call weekend and holiday rotation once every 5 weeks. QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Physical Therapy or higher degree. Must be currently licensed in the state of Iowa or be eligible for licensure. Must have excellent communication and people skills. Must have good computer skills. Experience preferred.
