Description Location: UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital Main Hosp, US:CO:Fort Collins Department: Out-patient Physical Therapy and Rehab Clinic Experience in pelvic floor therapy. Preference to candidate that can treat male and female urine/fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and skilled in the use of biofeedback FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $51.00 per hour plus travel package/stipendLOCAL Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 miles13 week assignments available - extension options Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy State licensure as a Physical Therapist 1-year experience BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. At UCHealth, We Improve Lives Job Duties: Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires. Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs. Supervises and delegates the care provided by physical therapy assistants according to established licensing laws, state regulations and practice standards Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and take appropriate action. Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required. We improve lives.
