Description:

United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island has immediate openings for Contract and Per Diem Physical Therapists at our Children's Center located in Commack. Our program has a variety of students ages 3 to 21 years old in school setting (NO TRAVELING REQUIRED). This is a basic school calendar followed by a 6-week summer program. Our program is a team centered approach with OT's, SLP's Social Workers, School Psychologists, Teaching Staff, Administration and other Physical Therapists. Sessions can occur back-to-back for a full 5.5 hour day. (A few paid onsite sessions will be dedicated to training in use of frontline and CPSE portal for documenting session notes). Pediatric experience preferred. NYS Licensure required.
