Job Qualifications : Up to date Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing. A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills. Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements. Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting . Location Castle Rock, CO C ompetitive pay and excellent benefits. Medica Dental, Vision, PTO Accrual, Life Insurance, Short Term/Long term Disability, 401K For those who work 25+ visit per week Pay: Up to $80 per Visit Sign on bonus: $2000 Full-time/$1000 Part-time Please note: Pay rate is PER VISIT #ACHIGH #ACHIGH
