Job Qualifications : Up to date Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing. A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills. Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements. Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting .
