Our locally owned and operated healthcare continuum offers a spectrum of services including independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, medical equipment, pharmacy services, home care, hospice care, and care for those with memory impairment. Columbine Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for one of our Northern Colorado Skilled Nursing Facilities (position will include some outpatient as well) in Windsor, CO. This full-time, open position is ideally Monday-Friday, estimated between 32-40 hours per week. We offer an upbeat work environment, fun co-workers, competitive wages, and reasonable productivity requirements. Physical Therapist Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Dora license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado. Experience in geriatrics, long-term care or subacute rehab preferred. Knowledge of Medicare documentation and guidelines preferred. New grads welcome. Compensation Starting wages: $39-$48/hour DOE Employees who work 24+ hours per week are eligible for a full range of benefits including PTO, health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401K, free health care clinic as well as discounts from our pharmacy.
