You are a great fit for the Photo Experience Team if you: Enjoy meeting and connecting with others Love working in a team environment Like to make people smile and leave a lasting impression Motivated by results Take pride in your work Can think “quick” on your feet Enjoy a fast-paced environment Benefits for you: Competitive pay, $17 / hour (plus tips) Opportunity for growth and to expand leadership skills Guest service and photography training Discounted admission to the attraction As a Photo Retail Team Lead, you will: Motivate, support, and assist the team to achieve revenue goals in a fast-paced environment Assist in supporting all aspects of operating a photo retail business, including guest service, operations, training, data & reporting, and client relations. Read, analyze, and interpret data and reports to drive performance Efficiently respond to inquiries and/or complaints Effectively communicate with staff, host client, and leadership Understand the basic functions of the capture/production/retail positions and be able to perform the functions as required (training will be provided on each) Must be able to speak clearly and effectively and establish clear lines and methods of communication throughout the organization Provide an amazing experience for guests visiting Lake George and be the best representation of our client’s brand Summary of Experience: No previous photography experience is required. We will train you! Retail/customer service experience is a plus Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills Enthusiastic mindset that is motivated by results Willingness to learn the basic functions of the capture/production/retail operation Enjoys interacting with guests in a travel and retail environment Quick on your feet thinking and ability to multi-task Experience in motivating and coaching staff in a fast-paced environment Strong written and oral skills to communicate with staff professionally and effectively Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients Minimum High School or GED Other: Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends Must be authorized to work in the U.S. **Hiring Immediately** Get ready for your next adventure!
