Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Memorial Hospital North, US:CO:Colorado Springs Department: UCHlth Pharmacy Memorial Hosp FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $50.76 - $76.14 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy. State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level. Responsibilities: Reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug related problems. Recommends formulary alternatives when appropriate. Compounds and dispenses medications for retail sales. Provides drug information and education to consumers. Communicates with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care. Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
