Responsibilities:• Welcome and assist each client in the self-wash area, demonstrating how to use all equipment effectively.• Provide personalized grooming advice to enhance the pet's spa experience and achieve the best results.• Thoroughly clean all surfaces, including floors, windows, and walls, to maintain a hygienic environment free from hair, dirt, and grime.• Aid in nail trims and safely transport pets to the groomers for additional services as needed.• Recommend products tailored to the specific needs of each client's pet to enhance their grooming routine.• Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both pets and clients.• Engage with clients in a friendly and relaxed manner to foster a welcoming atmosphere in the facility.• Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including stocking shelves and breaking down deliveries as time allows, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
