Someone who wants to be recognized and be rewarded for their good work. Amazing career opportunity! Full Training! Our FRONT DESK STAFF are a key part of the company. Responsibilities include taking new client inquiries, answering incoming phone calls, assisting both existing and new clients with reservations and doing tours. And yes, occasionally having to clean-up after visitors who had an accident. Quickly back to follow-up contacts include making confirmation calls, offering additional services to clients, entering client and pet data into the computer system as well as representing the company in public as appropriate. This is NOT A CALL CENTER JOB! NO COLD CALLING! This position requires working independently with minimal supervision answering incoming phone calls making reservations, selling services, and providing consistent follow-up on all previous sales calls. In addition to heavy phone work, you will be at the FRONT DESK to check-in clients and interacting with our guests too! You will be focusing on booking reservations as well as in-person facility tours and public events for additional sales and services. You will be targeting new as well as existing customer base. Looking for more people NOW for both FULL TIME (35-40 hours including rotating Saturday and/or Sundays) as well as PART TIME 3 8-to-10 hour days including WEEKENDS (24+ hours).
