A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PET CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - RESERVATION SPECIALIST In this customer care position, you are the voice of our business! Each day, you arrive at work ready to help our furry guests and their owners. You complete a variety of important tasks, including answering phone calls, returning missed calls, and following up on emails. Organized and efficient, you book reservations for our furry guests and answer any questions or concerns our clients have with patience and empathy. You love representing our company with enthusiasm while providing our customers with exceptional customer service ! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PET CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - RESERVATION SPECIALIST Customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Willingness to use a script Lover of dogs Sales skills would be a plus!
