We are growing and need to add an experienced manager/fiduciary counsel to our personal trust team. As the Personal Trust Director, you will combine your fiduciary services expertise, leadership skills and client relationship management to grow our personal trust lines of business. Responsibilities will include: Providing overall leadership and management of the Prairie Trust Services team which includes the service lines of, Special Needs Trust, Directed/Delegated Trust, Full-Service Trust Administration, Real Estate, Fiduciary Tax, and Fiduciary Sales. Lead and execute strategic objectives which both establish and enhance the Trust Client Experience. Drive sales and business development efforts with accountability for new clients and new strategic relationships. Maintain current understanding of regulations as they relate to Fiduciary issues and adhere to internal policy and procedure Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years' experience in the wealth management industry, with strong knowledge in trust, fiduciary tax and estate planning. Experience within an advisor-friendly trust model is a plus. A thorough understanding of the needs of wealth management and trust clients. Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry. Product development and project management expertise. Undergraduate degree required (BS/BA). JD or CTFA a plus This is an onsite position in Waukesha, WI Employment with Waukesha State Bank is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
