You'll be assessing our clients' fitness levels, developing individualized training programs, and ensuring they're using equipment safely. Our ideal applicant has expertise as a fitness instructor or trainer, as well as great customer service abilities. Apply now if you're eager to help our clients get healthy and fit! Responsibilities: • Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans accordingly• Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability• Reduce the risk of injury by teaching clients good techniques for all activities, particularly those involving more advanced equipment• Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations• Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety Qualifications: • Currently certified as a fitness instructor or personal trainer• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service Compensation: $25 - $27 hourly About Company: At Valley Fitness we’re not just a gym; we’re a thriving community dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
