Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their health and wellness. If you've worked as an instructor or personal trainer in the fitness industry and are looking for a new challenge, please apply today! Responsibilities: • Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client• Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout• Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly• Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability• Decrease the chance of injury by teaching clients appropriate techniques for all exercises, especially for specialized equipment Qualifications: • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience• Outstanding time management and organizational skills Compensation: $22 - $27 hourly About Company: Valley Fitness is committed to helping individuals in the community lead healthier and more active lifestyles by providing top-notch fitness facilities, expert guidance, and a welcoming atmosphere.
