Hustle Fitness, a dynamic boutique fitness studio in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. We seeking a Part or Full-Time Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer at Hustle Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their fitness goals and lead healthier lifestyles.Responsibilities:1. Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions, providing personalized fitness instruction tailored to individual client needs and goals.2. Develop and implement comprehensive workout programs designed to optimize client results and promote overall health and wellness.3. Motivate and inspire clients to push past their limits, maintain consistency, and stay committed to their fitness journey.4. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging training environment.5. Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress to monitor improvements and make necessary adjustments to workout plans.6. Stay informed about current fitness trends, techniques, and industry developments to continuously enhance training methods and client experience.7. Assist with studio operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workout space, checking-in clients, and contributing to a positive studio atmosphere.Qualifications:1. Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).2. Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer in a fitness studio or gym setting preferred.3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain and demonstrate exercises.5. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.6. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate client availability.7.
