Responsibilities: • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers• Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within insurance company databases• Maintain a high standard of customer service excellence when solving billing, policy change, claims, or coverage related issues• Identify and secure new business through creative sales tactics, including networking and cold calling• Modify insurance coverage, as needed, by regularly assessing their accuracy, coverage, and limits Qualifications: • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma are required• Experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines • In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings along with their key differentiators• Goal-oriented sales approach and effective collaboration skills are needed Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly About Company: At Mountain Lakes Insurance we strive, above all else, to provide exceptional value through knowledge and transparency.
