As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be working within the specialist liability team dealing with a caseload of ELPL, local authority and abuse work. As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be working within the specialist liability team dealing with a caseload of ELPL, local authority and abuse work. Responsibilities include: Handling a caseload of public liability, local authority and abuse compensation work. Supporting fee earners on more complex cases. Reviewing evidence and advising clients on next steps. Negotiating settlement. Preparing cases for trial. Drafting legal documentation and correspondence. Ideally you will have defendant personal injury experience, dealing with both pre litigated and litigated personal injury cases. Candidates with a strong history of claimant personal injury will also be considered. The firm offer, progression and development opportunities, and a generous annual leave allowance.
