The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial client intake through trial or settlement, while providing exceptional client service.Duties:Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement.Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.Requirements:Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in the state.8+ years of personal injury experience as a Plaintiff's attorney.Excellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures about personal injury cases.Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to the state bar.Skills:Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.Proven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.Experience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clients.Ability to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneys.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.Benefits:12 paid holidays annually.10 days of paid vacation annually.6 days of sick leave annually.Medical insurance for enrolled employees (Optional dependent’s coverage available at employee’s cost).Optional Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance plans.401(k) with a 4% fully vested safe-harbor company match.Communications stipend for remote employees.Training and continuing education budget.Regular firm events (happy hours, team building, holiday party, etc.).Laptops are replaced every 3 years.
