Body By Choice Training is seeking an entry-level, part-time coach seeking development and the opportunity to earn a full schedule of pt clients. The starting hours we are in most need are: 6 AM, 7 AM, 4-8 PM, and Saturdays 8 AM-noon. No selling memberships or doing collections; we do it for you• Continuing education schedule that is personalized to you for your development• Paid time off, Matching 401K, Blue Cross Blue Shield benefits once full-time is acquired• Performance bonus opportunities every 6 months• 15% referral commission Responsibilities:• Adhere to BBCT training methodology• Coach clients through safe and proper exercise technique• Design and deliver comprehensive fitness programs that are safe and effective in meeting the unique needs and wants of each client• Be attentive to clients• Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting and frequent follow-ups• Provide excellent customer service to clients Qualifications:• Nationally recognized personal training certification and/or a fitness-related degree• Competitive sports background (preferred)• Understand basic anatomy and physiology• Possess excellent customer service skills• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely• Excel in time management, organization, and follow-up skills• Desire to transform lives through educating clients on health and wellness topics• Willing to grind, develop your skills and work to achieve full-time employment status Compensation: $30,000 - $70,000 About Company: Body By Choice Training is Grand Rapid’s premier Personal Training studio.
