Our fitness studio is rapidly expanding, and we need a personal trainer to assist clients in reaching their fitness objectives. You'll be working with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop customized training routines, and ensure they're using equipment safely. This position requires excellent customer service skills as well as a passion for fitness and assisting others with their health and wellness. Responsibilities: • Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety• Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk• Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client• Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans accordingly• Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities• Ability to build and maintain a robust client base Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)• Must possess a current certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer• Outstanding time management and organizational skills• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 About Company: HFAC is a Wellness Community, deeply committed to supporting each person’s unique journey of health.
