You'll be assessing our clients' fitness levels, developing individualized training programs, and ensuring they're using equipment safely. Our ideal applicant has expertise as a fitness instructor or trainer, as well as great customer service abilities. Apply now if you're eager to help our clients get healthy and fit! Responsibilities: • Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk• Hold yourself and your clients to the highest standards of conduct and safety• Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability• Verify that all fitness regimens are suitable for each client by conducting personal fitness evaluations• Monitor clients' progress and adjust their fitness plans accordingly• Coach group training sessions utilizing the proven Kvell methodology• Coach semi-private training sessions using the proven Kvell program Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)• This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills Compensation: $23.50 - $28 hourly About Company: We’re not bodybuilders, professional athletes, or social media fitness “influencers.” We are Kvell, a community of regular people striving for the best life possible.
