You will work with our customers offering them a full range of banking services. Responsibilities include: Determine financial needs of customers and place them in the correct products or services Opening and closing all types of bank accounts, including deposit accounts, IR As, CDs, and Health Savings Accounts Assist customers with loan needs by completing loan applications Handle customer financial transactions in a professional and responsive manner by serving as a customer service representative Required skills: Knowledgeable in opening all types of bank accounts One to Five years or more experience in the Financial Industry as a Customer Service Representative, Universal Banker, or Personal Banker Sales Experience in cross-marketing products and services Excellent interpersonal and communication skills .
