Position PA/Manager Schedule: Full time /Flexible Location: Tuxedo Park and NYC Salary: $120K + Benefits Family consists 2 adults and 1 child Job Info Requirement/Duties: This role consists of both personal assistant & household responsibilities. Candidate will be required to travel at least once per week to Tuxedo Park residence. Qualifications for this role includes: * Great computer skills/Tech Savvy * Detaille travel logistic * Keeping asset inventories * Sourcing , negotiating and assisting with purchasing assets, properties, cars, artwork, etc. * Strong organization skills * Strong communication skills (verbal & written) * Detail Oriented * Job is between Tuxedo park and NYC * Schedule Flexibility * Long term references (at least 5yrs) * Available to create from general appointments to arranging family birthdays and travel arrangements, events, dc appoints, training the staff, etc * Must drive and have own car This is a fulltime position with flexible work hours. Pay will be set between $125K depending on experience, plus benefits.
