Description:
We are looking for a motivated individual who is a self-starter and driven to accomplish a wide range of responsibilities within a new and growing company. Travel throughout the state of West Virginia with occasional overnight stays will be required. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Execute on-boarding procedures and control new hire packets for new hires. Communicate with Union representatives on pay scales and job personnel needs. Review and submit weekly timecards for field personnel. Asset and material acquisitions for electrical projects. Review project schedules and provide weekly updates. Identify constructability issues and report them. Establish risk factors, then manage and mitigate them to ensure the construction goes on smoothly. Individual skill sets should include: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal and supervisory skills Solid grasp of building compliance Knowledge of the best HR practices Excellent analytical skills Good decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of best work safety practices / OSHA regulations Requirements for this position: OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a plus) Journeyman electricians license (Masters license a plus) The ability to pass a drug screen and background check Job Posted by ApplicantPro
