We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer to join our clients team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in marketing and lead generation strategies, with a particular focus on funneling qualified leads to our sales team within the food supplier sector. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to our company's growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: Utilize expertise in MKL (Marketing and Lead Generation) to funnel leads to the sales team within the food supplier sector. Implement SEM (Search Engine Marketing), LinkedIn advertising, and other ad expenditure strategies to drive lead generation. Leverage previous experience in traditional industries such as construction lead generation, logistics, or trucking to devise effective marketing strategies. Adapt to an evolving environment and craft innovative marketing approaches to maximize lead acquisition. Achieve a weekly lead generation cadence, ensuring timely delivery of qualified leads to the sales team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives and revenue targets. Requirements: Proficiency in SEM, LinkedIn advertising, and lead generation strategies. Previous experience in traditional industries preferred. Ability to work part-time, 10-20 hours per week. Adaptability and creativity in crafting marketing strategies. Fully remote position; candidates can be located anywhere. Must have own equipment. Immediate availability preferred. Skills and Background: Technical skills: Proficiency in SEM (including Google Analytics), LinkedIn advertising. Soft skills: Creativity, adaptability, self-sufficiency, strong communication.
