You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in HR. Preferred qualifications: Experience coaching and mentoring others. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence. Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles. Experience in HR Business Partnership/Generalist roles. Effective people, teamwork, and organizational skills. Client-service orientated, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to the People Operations' Menu of Services such as performance enablement/performance management, team/manager/leader effectiveness, reorganizations, career development/mobility, diversity, equity and inclusion, compensation, benefits and wellbeing, and navigating transitions. Triage Googler inquiries and connect queries to the appropriate subject matter expert when necessary. Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes. Identify opportunities to improve HR policies and processes by reviewing relevant data and connecting the dots across multiple experiences. Recommend and advance long-term, scalable solutions to improve HR policies, people processes, and gaps. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Google HR, local/market legal, and regulatory policies, along with the People Operations' Menu of Services.
