The City of Pekin is accepting resumes and applications for a full-time Records Clerk. See full job description for more detailed list of job duties. This is a second shift position. Hours are 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Must pass an extensive background check to qualify for this position. The City of Pekin is a drug free workplace (including marijuana) and requires pre-employment physical, drug test, integrity interview, and LEADS certification. This position is a union position within the Teamsters General Unit, offering 3 paid personal days, 1 sick day per month, 2 weeks paid vacation and 10 paid holidays, a robust health insurance package, IMRF pension, Wellness program, and many other voluntary benefits. Pay Rate is $24.10 with a $0.50 shift differential, has a residency requirement within 10-mile radius of City of Pekin corporate City limits within one year, and reports to the Records Supervisor.
