Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide medical care for children Assess and treat illnesses Develop care plans Address developmental delays Make referrals as needed Offer health counseling Administer immunizations Provide parenting advice Stabilize patients in emergencies Supervise nursing care Contribute to protocols Attend meetings Stay updated through training Requirements: Completion of undergraduate and medical degrees Minimum 3 years residency in Pediatrics Board eligibility or certification in Pediatrics within 1 year of hire Benefits: Dental and health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Malpractice and tail coverage
